What are your shipping options?
We ship by standard delivery across India in 5–7 business days, free on every order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track it any time from your account dashboard under "My Orders".
What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns. If you receive a wrong item, wrong ring size or a manufacturing defect, we replace it — raise it within 7 days of delivery with a continuous unboxing video. See our Replacement Policy for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
No — all sales are final and the only remedy is a replacement. The one exception: if we can't deliver a prepaid order to your pin code, we return the amount paid.
What is Silvique jewellery made of?
Every Silvique ring is 925 sterling silver, plated in rose gold or rhodium. The stones are CZ (cubic zirconia), including the ruby-red and other coloured centre stones. They are not diamonds or precious stones.
Every product page states the metal, the plating and the stones. If a listing anywhere ever says otherwise, tell us and we will correct it.
How do I care for my ring?
Put it on last, after perfume, and take it off before you wash your hands, shower or swim. Polish it with a soft, dry cloth and store it in the pouch it came in.
Plating colour can soften with wear over time; keeping it away from perfume and water helps it last.
How do I choose my ring size?
Our rings come in Indian ring sizes. If you're unsure of your size, message us on WhatsApp or email us at hello@silvique.in before you order and we'll help you choose.
How does the multi-buy offer work?
Mix any designs and the price drops automatically in your cart, no code needed: any 2 rings for ₹449, any 3 for ₹599, any 4 for ₹749 and any 5 for ₹899. Paying online takes a further ₹50 off orders of 2 or more rings, so 3 rings come to ₹549.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Paying online gets you ₹50 off orders of 2 or more rings, and online-paid orders are dispatched the same day (paid by 6 pm, Mon–Sat). Cash on delivery is available on every order, with a ₹49 COD fee on 1 or 2 rings and no fee on 3 or more. On COD nothing is paid in advance: you pay the full amount when the parcel arrives. All online payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India. Delivery timelines to remote pin codes may vary, and in rare cases where we cannot deliver, we will contact you and return the amount paid for a prepaid order.
